The wait time for painted and Carbon Fiber products will be longer because our partner paint shop is operating at a diminished capacity.

Current fiberglass orders have a standard handling time of 1 to 3 weeks or longer if noted in the product description. Color-matched, Carbon Fiber and special order products have an extended wait time of 6 to 12 weeks or more as noted in the product description.

Products purchased from can only be returned for store credit or refund within 14 days from delivery date provided they are in unused condition and returned in its original factory packaging. Parts are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstances. PayPal fees for processing payments is non-refundable.  Shipping is non-refundable. Our shipping charges reflect rates charged to us by our shipping vendors, and upon successful delivery are non-refundable. No credits or refunds can be given until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee. Special, carbon fiber, paint matched or made to order items may assess at a higher restocking fee or be non-returnable depending on the nature of the item. Special order products, paint matched products or carbon fiber products that have not been shipped will incur in a 30% cancellation fee. Please contact customer service via email to obtain return instructions. Items sold by are under the understanding that they are custom manufactured items. They will require fitment adjustments to be made before paint and installation. All fiberglass parts should be test fitted before prepping, priming and painting. All aftermarket products require professional installation. Sanding, filling, trimming, primer and additional prep work are needed to ensure a proper fit and finish.  Surface scuffs, nicks and scratches are normal surface imperfections for fiberglass items and do not render the item defective. 

It is important that our customers understand that the work required is normal for all aftermarket body parts. Any work involved to properly fit and install these parts do not make them defective and will not be considered to be defective. We highly recommend using a shop familiar with fiberglass installation of body parts. 

Carbon fiber parts are also custom manufactured parts and will have in some cases micro air bubbles, clear coat imperfections and/or weave imperfections due to the complexity and normal nature of the Carbon Fiber fabric. Light sanding of the inside edges might be required on some parts.

Color matched parts are to also be considered as custom ordered and manufactured parts. Variations in color match are possible and should be expected. Minor clear coat imperfections are possible due to the nature of fiberglass parts. It's important for customers to understand that our paint service is offered as a convenience for our customers and not as a replacement for a professional paint job performed at a local body shop. Our prices reflect this as they are considerably lower than what a professional paint shop would charge.


Orders will only be shipped out to the confirmed address listed with the payment. Any instructions requesting the order to be shipped to an alternate address will be ignored or the order canceled. It is the buyers responsibility to verify and ensure that the information provided with the order is correct. Confirmed address is defined as the billing address associated with the credit card or debit card used for the payment.


Only orders submitted selecting the USPS as shipping carrier are eligible to be shipped to a PO Box address.  Not all products can be shipped using the USPS due to size and weight limitations imposed by the USPS.


The estimated handling time for regular fiberglass or Ionicflex orders will be 10 to 20 business days after the payment has been cleared and received. Color matched and Carbon Fiber parts have a longer estimated wait of up to 20 business days or more in some cases. It is the buyers responsibility to take into account these expressed handling times when making an order on our website. 


Every Carbon Fiber product sold by Ionic Dynamics is sprayed down with a proprietary two stage clear coat system. Color matched and Carbon Fiber products have an estimated wait time of 10 to 20+ business days. It is important to note that this in only an estimate and not a guarantee. These wait times do not depend directly on Ionic Dynamics, since this service is provided to us by a partner paint shop and will depend on their scheduling and work load.

FREIGHT DAMAGE will carefully inspect each order shipped for accuracy of content and evidence of physical damage or defects prior to shipping. In the event of an item arriving damaged it will be up to decision to file an insurance claim, exchange or reimburse the buyer for the repair. Please note that body kits and Carbon Fiber trunk lids ship via truck freight. Once delivered, signature is required, but inspection of the received product is necessary before you sign. The customer assumes all responsibilities for any damage to the merchandise once it is signed for. must be notified within five (5) business days of the receipt by the customer of any discrepancies in the content found for any missing, damaged or defect parts. The customer MUST report all damages related to shipping to the freight carrier (FED EX, UPS, USPS etc.) within 14 days. All damages related to the shipping process are the responsibility of the freight carrier and not In general, claims not reported to the freight carrier within 14 days will be denied by the carrier.
